Town Hall Rental

The Perch Lake Town Hall is available to rent for meetings or events. We have a newly remodeled kitchen and large assembly space with tables and chairs.

FEES: (Payable in cash or money orders only. Personal checks are not accepted.)

  • For Residents of Perch Lake township: $50.00 per meeting or event

  • For Non-Residents: $100.00 per meeting or event

  • For Public/Nonprofits: $75.00 per meeting or event

CAPACITY: A maximum of one hundred (100) people may use the building at any one time.​

SIZE: The dimensions of the large space are 21 feet 9 inches, by 35 feet and 4 inches.
